Registration fees include:
Admission to oral and poster sessions
Book of Abstracts (electronic)
Certificate of attendance
Welcome Cocktail, coffee breaks and lunches.

*Student fee - This reduced fee is reserved to University students, up to 30 years of age including PhD students. Students applying for such reduced fee are requested to prove their qualification by sending in advance a copy of their ISIC card, or a signed declaration of their academic tutor/supervisor to the organizing secretariat at the email secretary@isopsoc.org. The original of student ID will be required at the registration desk. If not presented the registrar will charge due difference to be paid IN CASH.

**Accompanying Person fee include:
Welcome reception and lunches
Accompanying Person Prague guided tour
Admittance to the scientific sessions is not included.

On site payments: Cash only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to the Congress Secretariat secretary@isopsoc.org within the dates indicated in the below.
NO reimbursement will be made without a written communication or for communication received after the “Final Deadline” (15th August 2026). Please note that all refund will be done after the Conference.
Cancelation request received before 15th July 2026: The Congress Secretariat will reimburse all net payments received from you in respect of the registration, deduced any fee retained by bank or paid by us, with a minimum deduction of € 15.00 for administration cost.
From 15th July and Before 15th August 2026: The Congress Secretariat will reimburse 50% of all net payments received from you in respect of the registration, deduced any fee retained by bank or paid by us.
From 15th August 2026 (Final Deadline): NO reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after this date.
